Threaded Pipe MI Fittings

Threaded Pipe MI Fittings

We stock complete range of Threaded Pipe MI Fittings - MI Reducer elbow, MI Reducer Bush, MI Elbow, MI Street Elbow, MI Hex Nipple, MI Plug, MI Socket, MI Union, MI Tee, MI Reducer Tee

Threaded fittings probably represent the oldest method of joining piping systems. Like Socket Weld fittings, threaded fittings are mainly used for small pipe diameters (Small Bore Piping); generally for piping whose nominal diameter is 6” or smaller.

Threaded piping is commonly used in low-cost, noncritical applications such as domestic water, fire protection, and industrial cooling water systems.

Specifications

MI Reducer Elbows

We offer a wide range of MI Reducer Elbows 45° and 90° from the size of ¼” to 6".

The function of an elbow is to change direction of the flow in a piping system.

These Elbows are available in galvanized iron, malleable iron, carbon steel and stainless steel in pressure ratings of Class 150, 1000, 2000, 3000 and 6000.

MI Reducer Bush

We offer a wide range of MI Reducer Bush from the size of ¼” to 6".

The function of an end cap is to seal the ends in a piping system having outer threads.

These End Caps are available in galvanized iron, malleable iron, carbon steel and stainless steel in pressure ratings of Class 150, 1000, 2000, 3000 and 6000.

MI Hex Nipples

We offer a wide range of MI Hex Nipples from the size of ¼” to 6".

Hex nipples typically have male threading on both ends of a hexagnoal bolt shape in the center. This allows for easy torquing, tightening, or loosening using a wrench. Hex nipples come in handy during applications that require you to connect two brass or steel pipes, both with female ends. Common applications involve automotive, plumbing, or industrial.

These Hex Nipples are available in galvanized iron, malleable iron, carbon steel and stainless steel in pressure ratings of Class 150, 1000, 2000, 3000 and 6000.

MI Plugs

We offer a wide range of MI Plugs from the size of ¼” to 6".

The function of a plug is to seal the ends in a piping system having inner threads.

These Plugs are available in galvanized iron, malleable iron, carbon steel and stainless steel in pressure ratings of Class 150, 1000, 2000, 3000 and 6000.

MI SOCKETS

We offer a wide range of MI Sockets from the size of ¼” to 6". The function of a socket is to connect two pipelines using the thread ends or a hex nipple.

These Sockets are available in galvanized iron, malleable iron, carbon steel and stainless steel in pressure ratings of Class 150, 1000, 2000, 3000 and 6000.

MI UNIONS

We offer a wide range of MI Unions from the size of ¼” to 6".

Unions are primarily used for maintenance and installation purposes. It has a screwed joint design and it consists of three interconnected pieces. Two internally threads and a centerpiece that draws the ends together when rotated. It is designed to allow easy, quick and convenient disconnection of pipes for maintenance or fixture replacement.

These Unions are available in galvanized iron, malleable iron, carbon steel and stainless steel in pressure ratings of Class 150, 1000, 2000, 3000 and 6000.

MI TEE

We offer a wide range of MI Tee from the size of ¼” to 6".

Threaded Tees are used to combine or split the flow maintenance and installation purposes.

MI ELBOWSM

We offer a wide range of MI ELbows from the size of ¼” to 4".

A street elbow is a type of pipe elbow having an internal thread at one end and an external thread at the other. In other words, it is a type of plumbing or piping fitting which is intended to join a piece of pipe and another fitting at an angle. That is why a regular elbow and a street elbow is different. The basic advantage of the street elbow is that it can be connected directly to another pipe fitting without using a pipe nipple.

These Street Elbows are available in galvanized iron, malleable iron, carbon steel and stainless steel in pressure ratings of Class 150, 1000, 2000, 3000 and 6000.

MI REDUCER BUSHINGS

We offer a wide range of MI Reducer Bush from the size of ¼ x ½” to 4x3".

Reducer Bushings are used to reduce the size of a threaded fitting. The external thread of the reducer bush is larger than its internal threads. This allows two pipes of different sizes to be connected using a reducer bush.

These Reducer Bushings are available in galvanized iron, malleable iron, carbon steel and stainless steel in pressure ratings of Class 150, 1000, 2000, 3000 and 6000.

MI REDUCER SOCKETS

We offer a wide range of MI Reducer Bush from the size of ¼ x ½” to 4x3".

Reducer Sockets are used to reduce the pipe size from a larger to a smaller bore (inner diameter).Reducer Sockets have internal threads at both ends which connects two ends of the differently sized pipes.

These Reducer Sockets are available in galvanized iron, malleable iron, carbon steel and stainless steel in pressure ratings of Class 150, 1000, 2000, 3000 and 6000.
