GASKETS

GASKETS

We import / stock / supply Rubber Gaskets, Spiral wound Gaskets, Black Metallic Gaskets, Green Gaskets, Red Gaskets.

Flange gaskets are used to create a static seal between two flanges faces, at various operating conditions, with varied pressure and temperature ratings. A gaskets fills the microscopic spaces and irregularities of the flange faces, and then it forms a seal that is designed to keep liquids and gases. Correct installation of damage-free gaskets and damage-free flange faces is a requirement for a leak-free flange connection.

RUBBER GASKETS

We offer a wide range of Rubber Gaskets from the size ½” to 24" in Ring as well as sheet form.
These gaskets are not only one of the most popular types of gaskets, but they’re also one of the most varied types of gaskets. The most common of them are :

Chloroprene Gasket

Chloroprene is more commonly known by its brand name, Neoprene, and it is the first synthetic rubber. It’s extremely versatile and can be used in harsh environments because it has a strong resistance to oil and other petroleum solvents. Neoprene is also popular for its durability against aging, sunlight, and other weather conditions.

Silicone Gasket
style="font-size: 19px !important"Silicone is considered a high performance rubber, and it is often used in products that are exposed to extremely high or low temperatures. Silicone’s flexibility at temperatures as low at -75 degrees Fahrenheit is unmatched by any other type of rubber, so it’s a common material used in gaskets at research facilities in the Arctic.

EPDM Gasket
style="font-size: 19px !important"EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber is one of the most popular and versatile rubbers available today. It’s extremely resistant to sunlight and extreme heat, and it fights aging very well. It also helps to stabilize color even through harsh weather conditions, so it’s a popular choice for outdoor equipment.

NON ASBESTOS GASKETS

We offer a wide range of Non Asbestos Gaskets from the size ½” to 24" in Ring as well as sheet form.

Non-Asbestos materials generally have very good heat resistant properties. They are also good for use in applications that put them into contact with water, petrol, or natural gas.
As such, non-asbestos materials are used in air compressors, diesel engines, pipelines, and many other general industrial and marine environments. They are also used in Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, Petrochemical Industry, Process Industry.

SPIRAL WOUND GASKETS

We offer a wide range of Spiral Wound Gaskets from the size ½” to 24".

The spiral wound gasket is semi-metallic, comprising of a spirally wound v shaped stainless steel strip and a non-metallic filler material, such as graphite or PTFE. Also on the gasket, is a solid outer ring used for centering and controlling compression. This minimizes the risk of material creep through over-tightening.

For the toughest conditions, spiral wound gaskets are available with an additional inner ring. This protects the windings (particularly the filler), from contamination, or attack by the product travelling past the pipeline joint.

Spiral Wound Gaskets are commonly used in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries which are engineered to cope with high pressures, extreme temperatures and chemical reactions.
